These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of LinkShop and related services. By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Welcome to LinkShop ("LinkShop", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the Service described below.
By creating an account, subscribing to any plan, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you: (a) are at least 18 years of age; (b) have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms; (c) agree to our Privacy Policy; and (d) are authorized to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or any organization you represent.
Important: If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. Continued use after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
LinkShop provides an internet-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that enables creators to build link-in-bio storefronts, sell digital products with instant delivery, offer appointment booking, and run membership subscriptions.
The Service is a digital, intangible product. Access to the Service is activated immediately after payment is confirmed. Because of the immediate nature of digital delivery, refunds are subject to the specific conditions set out in Section 7 and our Refund Policy.
Using the Service requires creating an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.
If you register on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you are authorized to enter into this agreement on its behalf.
We offer subscription plans (Free, Pro, and Enterprise) for access to the Service. Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis at the prices shown on our Pricing page. You may also purchase additional credit packs (one-time payments) for extra usage beyond your plan limits. Credit packs expire 30 days after purchase and do not auto-renew.
Auto-renewal. For paid subscription plans, your subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time from your profile settings. After cancellation, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
We may modify plan features or introduce new plans from time to time; price changes are governed by Section 5.1.
5.1 Payment processing. All payments are processed by our PCI-DSS compliant payment provider Waffo Pancake (waffo.com), which acts as the merchant of record for transactions. Your card details are handled directly by Waffo Pancake and are never stored on our servers. In some regions or for certain payment methods, payments may alternatively be processed by Creem.
5.2 Billing. For subscription plans, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method on file. You may update or remove your payment method at any time from your account settings. One-time credit pack purchases are charged immediately at the time of purchase.
5.3 Taxes. Unless otherwise stated, prices do not include applicable taxes (including VAT, GST, or sales tax). Where required by applicable law, we will collect and remit such taxes.
6.1 How to cancel. You may cancel your subscription at any time, online (recommended) from your profile or dashboard subscription settings, or by emailing us from your registered address.
6.2 Effect of cancellation. After cancellation: your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period; you will not be charged again in subsequent billing periods; and your account data will be retained for 90 days after cancellation and then deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Credit packs are non-refundable once purchased.
Because the Service is delivered digitally and immediately, subscription fees are generally non-refundable, except in the following circumstances:
Credit packs (one-time purchases) are non-refundable once the credits have been applied to your account. To request a refund, see our full Refund Policy. Refunds are processed to your original payment method via our payment provider within 5–10 business days after approval.
If you believe a charge is in error, please contact us first (see Section 16) before initiating a dispute with your bank. We are committed to responding within 2 business days and resolving confirmed billing errors within 5 business days.
9.1 Your content. You retain ownership of all content you upload to or create with LinkShop (your "Content"). By uploading Content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, display, and distribute it solely as necessary to provide the Service. We will not use your Content to train machine-learning models without your explicit consent.
9.2 Responsibility for Content. You are solely responsible for your Content and for ensuring you hold the rights required to publish and sell it through the Service, consistent with our Acceptable Use Policy.
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes. You agree not to use the Service to generate, upload, or distribute unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or fraudulent content; content that sexualizes minors or violates child-protection laws; deepfake content that impersonates real individuals without consent; or content that infringes any third party's intellectual property or privacy rights.
You further agree not to: circumvent or interfere with the Service's security features; resell or sublicense access without prior written approval; or violate any applicable laws, regulations, or card-network rules. The full list of prohibited content and conduct is set out in our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy. Payment card data is handled exclusively by our PCI-DSS compliant payment provider Waffo Pancake (and in some regions, Creem) and is not stored on our servers. Account data is retained for 90 days after cancellation and then deleted.
12.1 Disclaimer. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted or error-free operation.
12.2 Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LinkShop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
These Terms remain in effect while you use the Service. We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy, if fraud is suspected, or where required by law. If we terminate the Service for reasons other than your breach, we will refund the pro-rata unused portion of any prepaid fees. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time (see Section 16).
These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before initiating formal proceedings, please contact us first (see Section 16) so we can attempt to resolve the matter informally. Consumers retain any mandatory rights granted by the law of their country of residence.
We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, the remaining provisions continue in full force. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Acceptable Use Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and LinkShop.
